Dtech DT-HF2040 40m HDMI To HDMI Fiber Optic Cable is a high-performance long-distance HDMI 2.0 cable designed for reliable transmission of high-quality audio and video signals over long distances. It supports up to 4K Ultra HD resolution at 60Hz with up to 18Gbps bandwidth, making it suitable for professional AV setups, home theaters, conference rooms, classrooms, meeting rooms, projectors, TVs, gaming systems and large display installations.
The cable uses fiber optic technology for high-frequency TMDS signal transmission while copper conductors handle control signals such as CEC and HEAC. This hybrid construction helps provide stable signal transmission with good resistance to electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference.
With its 40-meter length, slim approximately 4.8mm cable design, built-in optical engine and Plug & Play operation, the Dtech DT-HF2040 is an excellent solution when a standard HDMI cable is not suitable for long-distance installation. It does not require an external power supply or separate signal amplifier.
The cable features HDMI 2.0 compatibility, supports HDCP 2.2, EDID and CEC, and is backward compatible with HDMI 1.4. It comes with HDMI male connectors on both ends and is suitable for connecting TVs, monitors, projectors, computers, gaming consoles, set-top boxes and other HDMI-enabled devices.
